Hélène van Oudheusden is a psycho-spiritual counselor and communications expert whose background in economics offers her a unique systems-thinking approach. Her psycho-spiritual counseling work focuses on women and men who wish to reconnect with their authentic selves - feeling ready to move beyond self-doubt, reclaim their voice, and lead from a place of emotional integrity and confidence.
